We try to complete most repairs the same day. If this is not possible, we will inform you and discuss transportation arrangements.

For most repairs, we can give you a price range.  There are times when we discover new issues. We always communicate, inform and advise you — so you can make informed decisions.

Does it run rough only when cold, when accelerating, or always?  Give us a call.

For long-time customers, we are somewhat familiar with your vehicle. We make notes about possible future things to look out for, so we may know what on the horizon.

We are a busy shop and do require appointments to schedule our service bays and technicians.

Your payment for our professional services can be made via debit cards and credit cards. 

Regular maintenance of your vehicle protects your investment, helps to prevent breakdowns, and will save you on the cost of repairs in the future.

Each type of preventive maintenance, scheduled service and other fixes have their own urgencies or priorities.

Key is to prevent further damage, costs or operating an unsafe vehicle.

If your Engine Check light is yellow or orange, you can drive to your near-by destination.  Then give us a call to discuss it.

If your dash light is RED, pull over safely and shut off your engine. Call roadside assistance or call our shop to discuss the matter.

Check your brakes at least yearly — more often if you drive in hills or mountains on a regular basis.

If you pull trailers or carry excessive weight in your truck or car, check your brakes more often.

Pay attention to how your brakes perform, sound and how the brake pedal feels.  Give our shop a call if you have any doubts.

Your vehicles Owner Manual and stickers under the hood will identify the type and grade of engine oil you should ALWAYS us.

Other fluids, such as brake, transmission, power steering… are also specific to the make, model and year of your vehicle.

Use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) filters if you are not familiar with 3rd party brands.

Check the DriveBC.ca website for your winter tire requirements.

If you drive to Whistler or the interior of BC, you should be aware of DriveBC.ca recommendations.  Typically, your tires should ave a “Snow-Flake” rating after September until May.
