I have never used this company before. But will now in a heartbeat..why?...i showed up on their doorstop at 8 am on a monday morning with a whirring/whinning sound coming outta the front end. We have been customers of CJ auto for close to 10 years. Moe has always been honest with recommendations and repairs in terms of what is necessary to repair and what can wait. They are flexible with getting our vehicle in for repairs. I am able to drop by to ask Moe questions and take a quick look as to what is wrong. We would highly recommend this shop. Oh and the office staff are friendly/welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about vehicle repair.

Moe and his team have been helping me with vehicles for many years. Riley is a delight to deal with. She has a sunny personality but more importantly is knowledgeable and helpful!We brought my son's older Honda in recently with several problems. I can’t say enough good things about Moe and Riley at CJ Auto! They are not only super knowledgeable about their business but they are extremely trustworthy - to the point that they will sometimes talk me out of certain repairs if they think it’s not in my best interest!I have 100% confidence in their ability and their good judgment. I have been with Moe for 20+ years and I won’t go anywhere else!I told him when he retires I am going to sell off what’s left of my cars and buy a horse!I don’t want anyone else working on my vehicles! I recommend them to everyone who asks.This doesn’t mean fixing your car is cheap-it’s an expensive business-period. What it does mean is you will get what you pay for and more - always with a smile! A big thankyou to Moe and his amazing team at CJ Auto repairs. My friends had highly recommended CJ Auto a few years ago. Last week, when we were in urgent need of a new starter motor, we called and were given a friendly and efficient estimate over the phone. (We were offered some options to determine the scope of servicing we would like and there was no attempt at "upsell" etc.) We were able to drop the vehicle off the very next morning, and it was serviced within a few hours.Thanks Again😊

First appointment made recently and on arrival promptly attended to. Moe took me with him for a test drive to investigate. On return the issue was dealt with right away and Moe even personally showed me the repairs successfully accomplished. In summary, prompt, friendly and efficient service. I will be a return customer.

This auto shop is the best I have been too!My vehicle had always been dealer maintained and when the dealership became so expensive and making recommendations that weren’t even issues I needed a second opinion.Riley at the front desk was amazing this woman is a star for customer service!And the team took amazing care of my vehicle no grey area everything was black and white! I was looking for an honest mechanic that I could trust to fix my van. Moe was referred to me by a friend who has been well taken care of by them for over 20 years, so I was willing to come all the way from Vancouver to get the work done. That was the best decision I could have ever made. I received a text notification followed by a phone call at EVERY step of the process - when my van was first being looked at, then after their diagnosis, and then when it was fixed and ready for pick up - so I could rest assured knowing exactly what was going on at all times. They were totally up front with everything from my first phone call to them to when I picked up my keys. It was an exceptional service experience, and I will definitely keep going all the way out there for all my automotive needs.

Both of my parents & I go here, we've never gotten the same quality of experience anywhere else. CJ Auto employees are honest, professional & they take great care with your vehicle. Love that I get a diagnostic report listing all recommended repairs or maintenance with costs whenever they do inspections. Moe & his team of mechanics are awesome. Riley at the front desk is a total sweetheart too, that type of energy & care in a receptionist is pretty irreplaceable! My current vehicle is 10+ years old, so nice to find a friendly, reliable business for my car's service. CJ's is a overall fantastic choice of a mechanic when it comes to needing work done to a vehicle that you need back on the road in good shape.I sent my '07 Nissan Xterra there in need of some urgent engine attention and they were able to slot me in the day after I called them, after dropping it off they kept in touch with me about when a mechanic got their hands on it, and what they found.After which we called, talked about pricing, and they even gave me some time to think about it and call them back.When I got my vehicle back, a week or two later the same issue they had fixed arose (engine light flashing), and after some brief communication they were again willing to take it in the next day.Once they had it they looked over it thoroughly, ran multiple tests, and at the end of the day when they couldn't find the issue and it was running totally fine, they didn't charge me for anything.Super great people to talk to, reliable work and fantastic customer service holding true to their word.Highly recommend for someone looking for a mechanic they can trust to go back to time and time again.

The rarest of rare...an honest mechanic. After being quoted $860 parts/labor for a simple alternator repair on my aging Cavalier, I called around and CJ came through with a $250 quote for the exact same job (with used alternator) with 1 year warranty. They were super helpful and communicated well from the first call to the completion of the job. I dropped off at the end of the day and it was ready for pickup the following morning. What more could you ask for? I don't often take the time to write reviews but if you are reading this, put your faith in these guys to get the job done quick, properly and at the best price you are going to find anywhere.
